Meta just filed its motion to dismiss the DMCA CMI removal claim and the claim under California a Comprehensive Computer Data Access and Fraud Act (“CDAFA”), California Penal Code § 502(c)(2).

Judge Chhabria sets briefing schedule for Summary Judgment in Kadrey v. Meta

Judge Chhabria issued the summary judgment briefing schedule, which begins March 10, 2025 and ends April 17, 2025. There will be no replies in support of motions to exclude.
