At last. We get to see the Kadrey book author plaintiffs’ Third Amended Consolidated Complaint (which will soon be filed). Today’s filing is the attachment to refiled motion for leave to file this complaint, which Judge Chhabria has allowed to be filed, including with partially unredacted Exhibits.
