Finally, some good news this week for Meta. Judge Chabbria granted their revised motion to seal part of the Exhibits to the briefs related to the Third Amended Consolidated Complaint.
ORDER. Meta’s 390 391 renewed sealing motion is granted. The parties are ordered to refile unredacted versions of any other currently redacted and sealed materials not covered in this renewed motion but addressed in the Court’s 373 recent order regarding Meta’s sealing requests. (For instance, other exhibits filed in connection with the briefing on the motion for leave, as well as the motion for relief from the nondispositive order of the magistrate judge and the accompanying exhibit.)
