GoogleAs it did with OpenAI’s motion to dismiss First Amended Complaint, the Millette plaintiffs did not oppose the motion to dismiss their state law claims against Google. This leaves the copyright claim. We can expect the same strategy in Millette’s case against NVIDIA.
