Another one of the Millette trio of cases has been voluntarily dismissed. First it was Millette v. NVIDIA. Now, it’s Millette v. Google, or, more accurately, Petryazhna v. Google after the case was recaptioned. The parties were scheduled to have a case management hearing today at 10 AM before Judge Davila. But, presumably, that is no longer the case.
Quite odd set of lawsuits filed originally by Millette, who has one case remaining: the suit against OpenAI, which is now transferred to Judge Stein, sitting as an MDL court.
