Google and NVIDIA both filed their motions to dismiss Millette’s state law claims. Millette didn’t oppose a similar motion in its third lawsuit against OpenAI. So, we should expect Millette won’t do so here, either.
That would leave only the claim for federal copyright infringement in each of the three lawsuits.
