Judge Chhabria sets briefing schedule for Summary Judgment in Kadrey v. Meta

Judge Chhabria issued the summary judgment briefing schedule, which begins March 10, 2025 and ends April 17, 2025. There will be no replies in support of motions to exclude. The first and fourth briefs are limitedto 30 pages, and the second and third briefs are limited to 40 pages. Let the fun begin.
