In the past week, starting on March 6, 2025, the plaintiffs in In re Mosaic LLM Litigation have added 9 new lawyers to their team. Judge Breyer already appointed “the Joseph Saveri Law Firm, LLP as interim lead counsel and Lockridge Grindal Nauen PLLP and Cafferty Clobes Meriwether
& Sprengel LLP as the executive committee. The Court further appoints Mr. Saveri, Mr.
Clark, and Mr. Clobes as the designated lead attorneys from each firm.”
Part of the reason may be that the lawyers from the DiCello Levitt law firm left the case on January 9, 2025.
