After losing on summary judgment in a decision by Judge Bibas, who rejected its fair use defense after once finding it plausible and in need of trial in 2023, ROSS Intelligence added more legal firepower, enlisting both trial and appellate lawyers from White & Case. The trial on the remaining issues (scope of infringement and remedies) will be later this year, in May 2025.
