Elon Musk spoke about environments conducive to innovation of AI and new technologies. Not surprisingly, he recommended against heavy regulations, what he called “default illegal.”
Although EU members were at the G20, Musk nonetheless characterized EU regulations as “extraordinarily high and things generally default illegal.”
