UPDATE: We just got our hands on the Notice of Appeal to the Ninth Circuit. The Publishers’ Coordination Counsel has filed an appeal of attorneys’ fee award (they were denied any such award).
As I read the Settlement Agreement, this appeal would not affect the Effective Date for the payouts to Class Members because it is “solely with respect to the Fee Award and/or service awards.”
