Plaintiff Anderson in the just filed Anderson v. Nadella in the Western District of Washington has already filed a notice that it is a related case to the another shareholder derivative suit related to Microsoft’s AI products, City of St Clair Shores Police and Fire Retirement System v. Microsoft Corporation et al, No. 2:26-cv-02071-SKV (“St. Clair Class Action”), filed June 12 2026.
The St. Clair Class action did not include (yet) specific allegations about the alleged copyright infringement.
