After Mark Zuckerberg went all-in on AI at Meta, the company has experience some setbacks. First, its LLaMa model flagged behind the state of the art models by competitors. Then, the company shifted from token maxxing to token rationing, according to the New York Times, due to the high costs of token maxxing. And now there’s a report Zuckerberg admitted the development of agentic AI has not been as fast as expected.

To diversify its business strategy, Meta is even considering offering cloud computing services.
