David L. Greene opposes Google’s motion to dismiss complaint with state law claims related to alleged use of his voice

Former NPR host of “All Things Considered,” David L. Greene has filed his opposition to Google’s motion to dismiss his state law claims for alleged appropriation of his voice.

Google argues his claims are preempted by the Copyright Act. Greene argues they are not.

The suit is before Judge Breyer.
