At the Court’s instruction, the Bartz Class Counsel have filed an updated proposed order related to the pending motions for final approval of the class settlement and award of attorneys’ fees.
This was needed to account for the additional time the Court gave to file objections.
The new proposed order includes any new objections filed.
Bartz Class Counsel have presented a strong case for the fairness of this class settlement, the largest at $1.5 billion in copyright history and potentially one of the largest claims participation percentages in civil class actions not involving physical injuries at 91%.
These numbers don’t lie.
