In In re Salesforce Copyright Infringement Litigation, Judge Breyer adopted the plaintiffs’ proposed schedule, which puts briefing on the plaintiffs’ motion for class certification first, followed by dispositive summary judgment motions.
Briefing for both issues won’t be complete until March 2028!
