Judge Chhabria set the scheduling order in Entrepreneur Media v. Meta, a case related to the much further along book author case of Kadrey v. Meta. We will have to wait and see how Judge Chhabria rules on Kadrey’s motion to file a 4th amended complaint and to move up the discovery and briefing of class certification to be simultaneous with summary judgment motions on the plaintiffs’ distribution claim in Kadrey.
