The musician Anthony Justice and label added 2 claims to their complaint against Suno: one for a DMCA anti-circumvention violation based on alleged “stream ripping” YouTube videos, as UMG Recordings recently alleged, and another for violation of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act.
