UMG Recordings is seeking leave to amend their complaint against the music generator company Uncharted Labs d/b/a Udio.
It’s probably similar to their addition of a DMCA anti-circumvention claim against Suno for alleged “stream ripping” of YouTube videos. But, for some reason, UMG has filed a motion to keep this motion under seal.
