Thomson Reuters responded to a letter ROSS Intelligence submitted to Judge Bibas on Dec. 9 after the hearing on summary judgment the week before.
Thomson Reuters blasts ROSS’s letter as “inappropriate” to submit and “wrong” on the law regarding whether expert testimony can be relied on in deciding summary judgment of copyright infringement.
Will be interesting if Judge Bibas opines on the dueling letters.
