OpenAI was hit with another lawsuit, bringing the total to 4 lawsuits in the past 2 days alone!
This one, brought by anonymous A.S., relates to alleged privacy-related violations under the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, California statutory unfair competition, and an assortment of tort law claims.
