Phil Rosen has voluntarily dismissed his just filed copyright shareholder suit v. Sundar Pichai, Google CEO, filed in the Northern District of Illinois. But Rosen says he plans on refiling in the Northern District of California. Unclear why it was filed in the Northern District of Illinois in the first place.
