German AI companies have joined the AI Copyright Wars. Poseidon Wave Media just sued the German Black Forest Labs in the Eastern District of New York for alleged infringement of Poseidon’s music files for training of Black Forest Labs’ AI models underlying its FLUX platform for video generation.
This is copyright lawsuit No. 154 against AI companies in the United States.
