Judge Tigar just referred Ted Entm’t v. Meta to Judge Davila, who presides over Ted Entm’t. v. NVIDIA, for consideration of as a possible related case.
It will be interesting to see the outcome. There are a couple other requests or referrals to relate cases involving the same plaintiff(s) but different defendant AI companies.
