Adobe is requesting that Judge Scott Corley consider the recently filed copyright securities derivative suits — Hirschberger v. Narayen and SEIU Pension Plan Master Trust v. Adobe — as related cases to Lyon and Kleiner v. Adobe. The Tanzer v. Adobe suit was just dismissed by the Judge due to insufficient allegations of injury (or infringement).
If the Judge agrees, the Hirshberger and SEIU Pension Plan cases would be reassigned to her. They currently are before Judge Breyer.
