S.A. Jamendo has filed a notice to voluntarily dismiss its copyright suit against Suno without prejudice. This follows another dismissal by Poseidon Wave’s suit v. Suno, although with prejudice.
It would be fascinating to know what deals, if any, were struck before the dismissals.
