Judge Chhabria rejected Meta’s motion to quash and is allowing a second deposition of Mark Zuckerberg.
“For the reasons stated in the plaintiffs’ opposition briefs, Meta’s motion to quash is denied.”
The deposition must take place by August 26.
Zuckerberg may face questions about his recent screed on “The Future is for Everyone.”
