Judge Chhabria has already said he thinks the other book author-publisher plaintiffs (Entrepreneur Media, Chicken Soup for the Soul, Cambronne, and Cognella) in the subsequent but related cases to Kadrey v. Meta should get a chance to depose Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta. But he said Meta can file its motion to prevent another deposition. Meta did. As a fallback, they ask to limit the scope of the deposition.
