Once partners, Apple has now sued OpenAI and ex-Apple employees Chang Liu (OpenAI’s staff) and Tang Yew Tan (OpenAI’s chief product officer) who went to work for OpenAI and allegedly misappropriated Apple’s trade secrets.
Apple’s complaint was filed in the Northern District of California.
