As document discovery is about to close in Sony Music Entertainment v. Uncharted Labs, the plaintiffs filed a motion for leave to file a Second Amended Complaint, primarily to increase the number of works allegedly infringed from 333 to 30,000.
Not surprisingly, Uncharted Labs opposes their motion for leave.
