This is a head scratcher.
OpenAI took the position that Magistrate Judge Wang’s prior order requiring it to produce 4 deposition transcripts from the Musk v. Altman case did not require the related exhibits used in the depositions.
Well, OpenAI was wrong. And it’s hard to see any reasonable ground for OpenAI’s assertion that the exhibits were not a part of the prior discovery order.
