In Reddit v. SerpApi LLC, Reddit has filed a First Amended Complaint against data-scraping service providers Oxylabs UAB, AWMProxy, and SerpApi, as well as answer engine Perplexity AI.
The suit is in the Southern District of New York before Judge Engelmayer.
