Judge Tigar denied NVIDIA’s motion for a protective order to bar written discovery in the case filed by Nazemian book authors. Pending before Judge Tigar is NVIDIA’s motion to stay discovery as the court decides NVIDIA’s motion to dismiss.
But Judge Tigar ruled that there was no basis to issue such a protective order and written discovery can proceed. But the motion to stay will be decided on an expedited basis.
