The parties in Huckabee v. Bloomberg case have filed their proposed scheduling order. Judge Garnett denied Bloomberg’s motion to dismiss in late 2025. And now the case is starting to rev up.
They disagree on whether class certification briefing should occur concurrently or after summary judgment motions, but the rest of the proposed schedule there is much agreement.
