At a hearing on Dec. 19, Judge Chhabria approved the proposed scheduling order submitted by the parties in Kadrey v. Meta, as well as the schedule for briefing related to Kadrey’s motion to amend to file a 4th Amended Complaint.
Discussion held regarding setting case schedule in Entrepreneur and how Kadrey will proceed in light of the proceedings in Entrepreneur.
Discovery is open in Entrepreneur.
