In a letter brimming with irritation, lawyers from OpenAI have informed Judge Stein they will seek to stay the Ziff Davis lawsuit in the MDL Litigation due to alleged delays by Ziff Davis in discovery and Ziff Davis’s seeking a separate discovery track.
