UMG Recordings filed its First Amended Complaint v. Uncharted Labs d/b/a Udio.
Similar to its proposed amended complaint against Suno, UMG added a claim for DMCA anti-circumvention violation for alleged “stream ripping” from YouTube videos. (Judge Saylor has yet to rule on UMG’s motion for leave in the Suno lawsuit.)
