The parties in the Bartz v. Anthropic case filed their notice of compliance with the instructions Judge Alsup gave at the hearing for preliminary approval of the class settlement. They also asked to change the date of the hearing for final approval to one more day from the original date, so on April 23, 2026.
If Judge Alsup goes inactive as he plans at the end of 2025, there will be a new judge assigned to the case for the final approval.
