Concord Music is asking Judge Lee for a 2 months extension of discovery from the time she rules on the pending motion for leave to file a Second Amended Complaint to include allegations related to Anthropic’s torrenting files from shadow libraries.
Anthropic opposes the extension.
“Fact discovery is currently scheduled to close on Oct. 21, 2025.”
This extension makes no sense if Judge Lee rejects motion for leave. So it arguably puts the cart before the horse.
