After Judge Wu dismissed some of Alcon Entertainment’s claims, it filed a Second Amended Complaint to address the deficiencies. Apparently, the parties couldn’t reach a settlement!
I haven’t been able to compare the 2 complaints closely, but this new one adds 32 pages to the complaint.
