The defendants Elon Musk, Tesla, and Warner Brothers Discovery filed their motions to dismiss the First Amended Complaint filed by Alcon Entertainment for the defendants’ alleged use of an AI-generated image substantially similar to a still shot from the movie Blade Runner 2049.
