The Meta outside attorneys submitted a short letter telling Judge Chhabria that it is prepared to discuss the inadvertently sequestered 18,000 documents that it has now reviewed and produced where responsive.
Judge Chhabria told the parties to be prepared to discuss this issue at the motion to dismiss hearing on February 27.
At least on this issue of inadvertent sequestration, Meta quite possibly has avoided a potential disaster. But we will have to wait and see what Judge Chhabria says.
