The lawsuits are clustered on each coast. Nothing in between.
If our count is right, there are 35 copyright related lawsuits against AI companies (or, in the case of Alcon v. Tesla, entities that allegedly used AI generated image). Some of these cases are consolidated or related cases. (*We count as a copyright lawsuit a complaint that has alleged a copyright infringement claim or a DMCA Section 1202 claim involving removal of copyright management information.)
We should expect more copyright lawsuits to be filed.
