Judge Rakoff didn’t dismiss The Intercept’s complaint, but issued an order granting leave to the plaintiff to amend its complaint to “rectify some of the seeming lack of specificity in its current complaint.”
The Intercept Media has until Friday, June 21, to amend its complaint.
