NVIDIA just hit $3 trillion in market cap, the second largest amount for a U.S. public company behind Microsoft and eclipsing even Apple.
NVIDIA also recently hired Neal Katyal, the former Acting Solicitor General and current partner at Hogen Lovells, to be a part of the defense team in the AI copyright lawsuit Nazemian v. NVIDIA.
With Katyal are his colleagues from Hogan Lovells, Trenton Herbert Norris and William Havemann.
