Given the massive mass litigation against OpenAI, we are launching another tracker: Lawsuits v. OpenAI Tracker.
This Tracker includes all the copyright suits around the world, torts and State AG suits in the U.S., and other miscellaneous suits. Our list does not include the total universe of all cases filed against OpenAI, however, such as any employment suits.
The Tracker shows the huge risk of potential liability OpenAI faces on numerous fronts and with different types of legal claims and legal theories.
