The parties in Beaulier v. Microsoft filed their Joint Case Management Statement.
Not surprisingly, Beaulier, the plaintiff, wants the court to consider class certification first. By contrast, Microsoft proposes to have that issue resolved after motions for summary judgment are filed. Regardless, under either schedule, we are talking about late 2028, at the earliest, for any resolution of summary judgment.
