Some interesting legal developments in Reddit v. SerpApi. Perplexity has dropped its attorney from Keker, Van Nest and wants to retain Proskauer. But Judge Engelmayer is considering whether to allow the latter firm to represent Perplexity in light of its past representation of Reddit and a potential conflict of interest.
