Judge Lee also just related EVOX Productions’ suit against Google to the ongoing In re Google Generative AI Litigation. The only lawsuit against Google Judge Lee doesn’t have (yet) is Hachette v. Google filed in the Southern District of New York.
Google is expected to file a motion to transfer that case to Judge Lee.
