- Count II—Contributory Infringement by Torrenting (Against Dario Amodei and Benjamin Mann)
- Count III—Direct Copyright Infringement (Against Anthropic)
- Count IV—Removal or Alteration of Copyright Management Information(Against Anthropic)
This complaint looks quite similar to Concord Music v. Anthropic II, filed by the same law firm. The Concord cluster of cases are before Judge Lee: Concord Music I and II and BMG v. Anthropic. Expect this new one to be reassigned to her as well.
